This is not a typical DTC brand. It's a clinically-tested, European-certified luxury skincare line sold at five-star spas worldwide, with a product range priced between $28 and $188. The brand had the product quality, the certifications, and the spa credibility. What it needed was a Shopify store that matched that standard and converted the affluent, ingredient-conscious buyer it attracts.
The premium skincare buyer in Western markets is highly informed, research-driven, and willing to spend — but only on brands they trust completely. ClaraVerse rebuilt the store's conversion infrastructure around that buyer profile, delivering ₹5L (~$6,000) in monthly revenue, +24% month over month.
At ₹3,500 AOV (~$42), the brand's economics are strong — every additional order delivers 4× more revenue than a typical mass-market DTC brand. At 14,300 monthly sessions, a 0.5% CVR improvement = approximately ₹2.5L in additional monthly revenue. The traffic is qualified. The conversion infrastructure is the lever.

A buyer considering a $188 serum needs to feel the brand's clinical credibility before they spend. The European certifications, the formulation provenance, third-party clinical trials — this is extraordinary proof. It was buried in the site rather than leading every product page.
PDP rebuild leading with trust — natural certification badges, European provenance, clinical trial results, and the five-star spa partner network prominently placed. The $188 Hyaluronic Serum grew +31% once the price point was justified by the credibility infrastructure around it.
The brand has a skincare quiz and six at-home ritual pathways — Signature, Anti-Aging, Dry Skin, Fine Lines, Hyperpigmentation, Sensitive. This is a powerful conversion tool for a high-consideration product range. But quiz completions were not being converted into product recommendations and purchases effectively.
Quiz-to-cart funnel rebuilt — each quiz outcome leads to a curated ritual page with a prioritised product add sequence. Buyers who complete the quiz convert at 2.4× the rate of general store visitors. The ritual framework is now the primary acquisition path for new buyers.
A buyer purchasing just the Firming Cream ($78) and not the Hyaluronic Serum ($188) or Treatment Oil ($58) is leaving an incomplete ritual — and leaving significant AOV on the table. The product range is designed to work together; the store wasn't selling it that way.
Ritual bundle architecture — "Complete the Ritual" cross-sell on every PDP, pairing the hero product with its complementary steps. Day-Night Ritual Duo launched as a featured set. AOV moved from ₹3,400 to ₹3,500 and climbing — target ₹4,500+ in 60 days.
42% returning customer rate is strong — but premium skincare buyers replenish on a cycle. Without a subscription programme or a timed replenishment reminder, the brand was leaving its most loyal customers to drift between purchases rather than building a compounding recurring revenue base.
Subscribe & Save programme activated — positioned as the smarter way to maintain a consistent ritual, with 10–15% saving on recurring orders. Post-purchase email sequence at the natural replenishment point (60 and 90 days) for cream and serum buyers. Subscription revenue now growing month on month.
The brand grew 24% MoM — sessions up 22%, orders up 20%, AOV growing. At ₹3,500 per order, even small CVR improvements translate to significant revenue. The quiz funnel is converting. The ritual bundles are lifting AOV. The subscription programme is building a recurring floor.
At ₹3,500 AOV, one additional order per day = ₹12.8L in additional annual revenue. A standard DTC brand at ₹500 AOV needs 7× the orders to generate the same result. For premium brands, fixing the conversion infrastructure is the highest-leverage growth move available — because every order gained is worth multiples more than a mass-market brand.
We'll show you exactly what we'd fix — before you commit to anything.
