Amala Beauty isn’t just another skincare brand; it is a clinical, 100% certified natural product line rooted in 5-star spa rituals and backed by rigorous third-party trials in Bonn, Germany.

However, selling premium, high-ticket skincare online (like a $188 serum) requires immense consumer trust. The original storefront struggled to translate the luxurious, consultative experience of a physical spa into a digital format. Cold traffic was bouncing because they didn’t know which premium product was right for their unique skin type. We stepped in to take over the store’s operations, fundamentally redesigning the UX to act as a digital esthetician—guiding users to the perfect routine and locking in long-term recurring revenue.

The brand had incredible backing (100% Natural, Cruelty-Free, clinically tested in Germany), but these trust signals were buried deep in text blocks rather than integrated natively into the point of purchase.

We built and prominently integrated an interactive "Skincare Quiz" directly into the primary navigation and hero sections. This guided selling tool captures zero-party data and serves users a highly personalized, high-ticket product recommendation based on their specific skin goals.
