NovaMane entered a crowded personal care market with a bold promise: professional-grade hair regrowth without surgery. Founded by Sarah and Michael, the brand had the science but lacked the digital infrastructure to compete with legacy pharmaceutical giants.

The challenge was the “Skepticism Gap.” Hair regrowth is a high-intent but high-distrust category. We redesigned the digital experience to lead with Clinical Proof and Simplified Choices, moving away from a traditional shop catalog to a performance-driven funnel that segments customers by gender right at the hero section.
